Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please follow our simple returns procedure.

 

Return your order within 30 days, completing the returns form provided in your order, giving details of the product and the date of purchase. All items must be unused, with all labels and packaging included and in a resalable condition. 

 

Return of goods is the buyer’s responsibility and own cost. Please ensure that the item is sufficiently packaged as we are not responsible for any damage which could occur in transit.  We strongly recommend you send it recorded post. If you are returning an item because of a mistake by Pet & Country, or the item is faulty and not fit for purpose, we will refund the cost of cost postage.

 

 

Online Returns

 

Online returns must be returned to our store within 30 days of purchase.  Proof of purchase MUST be present. All items must be unused, with all labels and packaging included, and in a fit condition for resale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and personal care goods.

When To Expect a Refund

 

Provided the goods are in their original condition, packaging, you should receive your refund within 3-5 working days.

If your refund has not been processed after 2 weeks please contact your bank.

 

Exchanges

To complete an exchange please fill in the relevant information when completing your returns form

Contact the shop to make sure we have the stock you are requesting.  Please note that we cannot process an exchange until the original order has came back to us in store, the product must be in resalable condition. 

You will be responsible for covering extra cost if the product you are exchanging to is at a higher cost price. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding this.
