We reserve the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice. Every effort is made to ensure products are shown as true to life as possible, however, colours etc may vary.

Without prior notice, we may change our Terms and Conditions, by using our site after such change you agree to comply and will be bound by these. Brand exclusions may apply.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

If there has been a stock issue in regards to the product that you have ordered, you will be notified and entitled to a full refund. We will make every effort to find you a suitable alternative.

Occasionally we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers, if the product you would like to purchase is out of stock, you can select the 'notify me' option, and by entering you email address you will receive confirmation that the item is back in stock and you can now purchase if you wish. This will NOT reserve the item for you, it is for notification purposes only.

Please note we cannot guarantee that the product you desire will be ordered again. Please contact us if you have any questions.

 

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

When you have received an email to confirm your order has been dispatched, the contract between you and Pet & Country will be completed.The sale contract is therefore concluded in Ballymoney, Northern Ireland and the language of the contract is English.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, shipping restrictions, the item is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.

We may or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of refusing to process or suspend any transaction after processing has begun.

PRICING POLICY

All our products are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate. VAT exclusions may apply to some products, for example children’s clothing.

Discounts may not  be used in conjunction with sale items.

REGISTRATION WITH PET & COUNTRY

To purchase goods from our site you must register all details shown on the relevant form. These details must be real and correct and any changes to details must be notified. These details may be checked before any orders are dispatched.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

You can make your payment by most major Credit or Debit cards. International transactions will need to complete 3D secure or by using a verified PayPal account.

WHEN WILL YOU BE CHARGED?

Payment will be taken when you place the order, as is the case with most online and high street stores. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any item, you will be entitled to a refund to the value of that item.

CARD SECURITY

Please do not e-mail your card details to us, we cannot be held responsible for the security of your details. The utmost care and consideration is taken to ensure that your card details are secure. This is achieved by encrypting your card number at the time when you place your order. It is imperative that you type in the card holders name as it is shown on the card and the address exactly as it appears on the statement.

If we suspect an order is fraudulent in any way we reserve the right not to process the order and we will give the relevant details to the authorities.

Card fraud is illegal and will lead to prosecution in all cases.

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY

We require a signature for all goods upon delivery, at which point responsibility of the order is now passed over. If you have specified a recipient who is not you (eg. if we are sending a gift on your behalf) then you accept that a signature by them  is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Pet & Country and the transfer of responsibility still applies.

Please note that we will aim to dispatch your order before 14:00pm next day  Monday-Friday.

Orders placed between Friday (after 14:00pm)- Sunday will be dispatched the next working day (with the exception to some public holidays). Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Pet & Country is not responsible for any delays caused by factors which are beyond our control.

 

CANCELLATIONS

STANDARD DELIVERY- your order can be cancelled within 60 MINIUTES

NEXT DAY DELIVERY- your order can be cancelled within 30 minutes

We aim to get your order dispatched within the same day (when applicable), so we advise that if you want to cancel your order for any reason you contact us as soon as possible.
