I am a local customer, can I purchase online and then collect my order in store?

Certainly. When you place your order, select the pickup order option. Then, once you receive an email confirming your order is ready for pickup, come down to the store with your confirmation email.  We are on Ballymoney Main Street - with free private car parking at the back entrance via the Lidl car park. Please ask a member of staff and they will assist you.

I can't make it down today! Will you hold my order?

We are happy to hold the order until you can make it to the store! Though we may ring to check you still want an item if it's been a week without hearing from you.

I want to return an item I ordered online and picked up in person, what's my best option?

You are welcome to either bring it back in person or post the item(s) to us. Please note postage returns are at the customers expense (unless there is fault with the order that is due to our service). Coming in person is usually cheaper if you are local to us. Please note for online orders they are processed through your original payment method - we cannot give out cash refunds in store on orders made online. We can exchange items in store however.

My order was faulty and I don't want to return this in person. 

Please post your item(s) back and once fault has been established, with proof of postage cost we will refund you the money. Please note this is only for orders where there is fault with the item provided or a wrong order has been sent out - any normal returns incur the postage fee with the customer. 

I want to collect an item but it is heavy and I'm not sure I can manage it.

Our team will be more than happy to help with any heavier items like dog food into your car. We have our own parking in Taggart's Yard via the Lidl car park, which is the best place to park to collect heavier items.
